Abigail Bailey was the bravest little girl in her short life with us. It all started last may when
she was diagnosed with leukimia aml it went from bad to worse . Those words i never wanted to hear
shes relapsed. then in october 06 you had a perfect match to change your bone marrow. Lauren your
big sister she wanted to try and help you only 4 herself she gave you her marrow. you got worse and
ended up in intencive care as strong as you were you pulled through. I honestly thought youd make
it then christmas was a disaster your big brother Taylor got chicking pox and wasnt allowed on the
ward to see you so daddy Taylor and Lauren went to grandads and I stayed with you. Your 1st
christmas and last. You were one on boxing day . the day after you 1st birthday came news i dreaded
you had relapsed again there was nothing they could do. I fought so hard to get you better. But 2
days after relapsing on the 30 th december o6 you passed away at home with every one with you.
I have never met such a brave little girl and your smile will never be forgotton. I love you sweet
heart and miss you more each day. I know one day well meet again dont know when but we will. mummy

Do you ever sit in an empty room
do you appreciate an open bloom
do you smell its sweet perfume
Do you feel the need to talk out loud
but theres no one there to hear
do you hear a voice call out your name
so close up to your ear
Have you ever felt a sudden chill pass by
and the hairs on your neck stand up
have you gone to pour a cup of tea
but someones moved your cup
Do you believe in angels
do they make you smile
have you felt on on each shoulder
as you walk that wiery mile
Do you know that all these things
are messages to you
do you believe that they exist?

I fancied that I heard them say,
"Dear Lord, Thy will be done,
For all the joy Thy child shall bring,
The risk of grief we'll run.
We'll shelter her with tenderness,
We'll love her while we may,
And for the happiness we've known,
Forever grateful stay.
But should the angels call for her,
Much sooner than we planned,
We'll brave the bitter grief that comes,
And try to understand."
We want to always remember
the beautiful life you lived
and keep alive the memories we have
through remembering what you did
For you're so special to all of us
a wonderful person indeed
your love, laughter and warmth
reflected a heart that believed
Just n the everyday things we do
we remember your faith and love
in the words you spoke to help us through
is a continued reminder for us
Although we miss you so very much
we know we'll see you once more
for this is the hope we have in god
being re-united in the lord
And as we gather we'll continue to share
special times we went through
for these are memories that warm our hearts

I see you in my dreams
as the angel that you are
and even though you're not here with me
I still feel you close in my heart

why did you have to leave?

but I guess god needed you

he knew you could never be gone from us
because you left us with so much love

God sent me an angel from heaven above
it's filled with complete unconditional love
it watches and follows wherever I go
if i'm happy or sad this little angel does know
My life at this moment seems filled with despair
but this littlest angel is always right there
it lifts up my spirits, gives me a reason to smile
come sit me an angel, let me hold you a while
It climbs upon my lap and wipes away all my tears
one lok in those eyes wipes away all my fears
for in those soft gentle eyes theres something I see
which speaks to me silently 'you always have me'
As those soft gentle kisses bring a smile to my face
and a love in my heart which can't be replaced
it continues to tell me in it's own special way
of how much it loves me as it begins to say
'At night I will cuddle by your side while you sleep
my life is to love you, this promise I keep
i'll wake you come morning with kisses galore
you'll giggle and laugh and ask me for more'
'When sadness you feel or life lets you down
i'll do whatever it takes to wipe off your frown
i'll show you some tricks, i'll bring you my toy
or rest my head in your lap, if this brings you joy'
'If sickness should keep you in bed for the day
i'll stay right beside you, we don't have to play
and if going for walks is something you do
i'll be your companion take me with you'
I'll try hard to show you my love is so strong
i'll try only to please you, i'll try not to do wrong
if a mistake I should make, then I ask this of you
